South Haven
Located along the picturesque shores of Lake Michigan, the quaint port city of South Haven is a great place to call home. Bustling with activity all year long, South Haven boasts numerous public parks and beaches, several annual festivals and arts & crafts fairs, unique specialty shops and more than 40 restaurants to fit any appetite. In addition, South Haven is home to the Michigan Maritime Museum, National Blueberry Festival, South Haven Center for the Arts and the Black River Yacht Harbor.
Plenty of outdoor activities mean there is something to do year-round. The 33-mile Van Buren Trail runs through the property providing a wide range of activities year-round including biking, hiking, birding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Summer brings other activities such as golf at one of many nearby courses, fishing and boating. Wine tasting along the Southwest Michigan Wine Trail is also a year-round activity.
